American Quarter Horse Museum/Cross Ministries

Our journey west through Oklahoma parallels the legendary Route 66, "The Main Street of America", as we continue on to Amarillo, Texas. Visible from 20 miles away, learn about the 190' cross built at Cross Ministries, and it's mission.

International UFO Museum/White Sands National Monument

The International UFO Museum and Research Center focuses on "The Roswell Incident Timeline" and "The Great Cover-up" that followed the 1947 incident. Experience a dune drive through the snow-white dunes of White Sands National Monument.

Desert Belle Cruise/Organ Stop Pizza

The Desert Belle Cruise on Saguaro Lake will take us on secluded waterways through canyons and a view of the Superstition Mountains. Tonight have fun at Organ Stop Pizza - home of the "mighty Wurlitzer Pipe Organ".

Start the day with a city tour of the metropolitan area with an expert local guide. This afternoon you have free time and a choice of options to enjoy sunny Phoenix/Mesa. Three options are available today: #1 Desert Jeep Tour; #2 Mesa Flea Market; or #3 Free Time. Tonight enjoy the Barleen's Arizona Opry Dinner Theater for an evening of entertainment. Today we travel to the canyon of all canyons! The Grand Canyon is the grandest of the Seven Wonders of the World. You will be able to peak over the South Rim of the majestic Grand Canyon and explore the many lookouts nearby.

Monument Valley/Bluff Fort, UT Visitor Center

Drive through Monument Valley and catch sight of unique rock formations that Monument Valley is known for. Bluff Fort, Utah has a very storied past. Learn why pioneers came to Bluff and their arduous journey over the Hole-in-the Rock trail.

Final Documents: Approximately two weeks prior to your departure date, you will receive your final documents. Departure times, a hotel list, detailed tour itinerary, medical form and luggage tags will be included.

 

Changes in Tour Price: Tour prices in this publication are effective as of April 15, 2017 and subject to fluctuation due to the U.S dollar exchange rates and energy rates. Changes in Itinerary: The order of events and hotels scheduled in your tour are subject to change. Every effort will be made to preserve the original quality of attractions and hotels when circumstances necessitate a substitution.

 

Baggage Allowance: Portage for one suitcase (per person) is included in the tour price. Due to limited motor coach capacity, your single bag should have dimensions not exceeding 30" x 21" x 11" and weigh no more than 50 lbs. Small carry-on bags are allowed and are your responsibility. Most airlines assess a baggage fee. This fee is not included in the tour price and is paid for at airport check-in.

 

Church and Faith: We encourage you to attend the church of your choice while on tours if conditions allow. Unfortunately, we are unable to make any special provisions or transportation to attend church. Many tour directors share "Thoughts of the Day" verses of inspiration, or a short prayer to start the day.

 

Special Needs: Travelers needing special assistance must notify Allied Tours at the time of booking. Persons requiring assistance must be accompanied by a companion who can help with these special needs as tour directors and drivers have obligations to the whole group.
