BRICKTOWN WATER TAXI RIDE / EXPRESS CLYDESDALE RANCH / NATIONAL ROUTE 66 MUSEUM

Start your day by hopping on the Bricktown Water Taxi. Get an up-close look at the canal’s many attractions, including historical monuments. The fun continues as we travel to Yukon, OK, to the Express Clydesdale Ranch, home to some of the world’s most beautiful Clydesdale horses. The next stop is the National Route 66 Museum. The museum focuses on the people who lived, worked, and traveled the "Mother Road" over eight states. Gaze at the wide-open spaces and rolling plains as we travel to our home for the next three nights, Canyon, TX.

PALO DURO RANCH JEEP TOUR / CREEK HOUSE HONEY FARM / KWAHADI MUSEUM & THE KWAHADI DANCERS

Adventure is calling you this morning! Discover natural wonders, geologic diversity, incredible beauty, and the rich history of the breathtaking Palo Duro Canyon on an unforgettable jeep tour. Our next adventure is the Creek House Honey Farm & Winery. Learn about the fascinating world of honeybees, a little wine tasting, and shopping! The final attraction and entertainment this evening is the Kwahadi Museum and dancers. The dancers present a colorful pageant of song, dance, and stories of the American Indians nationwide. A performance you won’t forget!

PANHANDLE PLAINS MUSEUM / JACK SISEMORE RV MUSEUM / BILL’S BACKYARD CLASSICS / TEXAS OUTDOOR MUSICAL

Begin your morning exploring Panhandle Plains Museum; from dinosaurs to conquistadors, you’ll find it all in Texas’ largest history museum. This afternoon, step back in time, reminisce, and enjoy the progression of the RV industry from its inception to the present at the Jack Sisemore RV Museum. Next, explore the family-owned Bill’s Backyard Classics. See a wide selection of classic cars and memorabilia. Get ready for a fantastic evening of food, fun & entertainment as you experience the outdoor musical "TEXAS!" in the beautiful Palo Duro Canyon Amphitheater

DOROTHY’S HOUSE & THE LAND OF OZ / BOOT HILL MUSEUM AND THE LONG BRANCH VARIETY SHOW

We’re off to see the animated "Land of Oz" and Dorothy’s House. Next, visit the Boot Hill Museum and see an authentic gunfight and enjoy the longest-running variety show in the U.S., the Long Branch Variety Show, with ragtime piano music, Can-Can dancers, and fun.

TRAVEL HOME

Sit back, relax and travel home with fond memories of your Palo Duro Canyon trip. The history, beauty, food, and a side of the Old West.

HOW TO MAKE A RESERVATION

Reserving your place on an Allied tour is as simple as 1-2-3

 

1. Choose a tour from the catalog or online at www.AlliedTT.com.

2. Call Allied Tour to check availability and give passenger details. Call 402-371-3840 or Toll Free 1-800-672-1009, or book online at AlliedTT.com.

3. Send your deposit. The deposit is required within seven days of making your reservation. Please see additional information for deposit amounts. You will receive a confirmation of your deposit once your payment is received.

 

Deposit To confirm your reservation, a $100 per person deposit is required within 7 days after you make your reservation.

Deposits are subject to change.

 

FINAL PAYMENT

Final payment is due 45-90 days prior to departure, or as stated on your deposit statement.

You may remit by personal check, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express.

•45-31 Days....................... 40% of the Total Cost

•30-16 Days........................70% of the Total Cost

•15 Days or Less................ No Refund

 

FINAL DOCUMENTS

Travel documents will be sent approximately two weeks before departure, provided full payment has been received. The documents will include a detailed itinerary, departure times and locations, hotel lists, medical forms, luggage tags, and other helpful information.

 

TOUR INCLUSIONS

Motorcoach transportation, airfare, cruises, and rail transportation as stated in the itinerary, hotel accommodations, all admissions and meals per itinerary, all taxes for included items, gratuities for step-on guides and wait staff (for included meals), luggage handling at hotels when available, and services of a professional tour director(see cruises and International tours for tour director minimums).

 

NOT INCLUDED ON TOURS

Not included on the motorcoach, cruises, rail, fly-in, and International tours are meals not listed in the itinerary, optional tours, travel insurance, room incidentals, alcoholic beverages, luggage fees assessed by airlines, items of personal nature, gratuities for tour director, driver, rail or cruise staff, required documentation for air tours, tours entering Canada/International travel, government fees, passport & VISA fees, airport departure taxes, any vaccination fees/requirements, and other miscellaneous fees.

 

TRAVELER CONDUCT & SPECIAL NEEDS

Tours are fun, but the enjoyment of the tour is based on everyone being friendly and cooperative. Allied Tour reserves the right to accept or decline any passenger on any tour if Allied Tour determines a passenger would be detrimental to the tour. Once a tour departs, any passenger disruptive to the group may be required to leave the tour. Expenses to return home would be the responsibility of the passenger. No refunds will be issued for unused portions of the tour.  

  

Please notify us of any special needs at the time of reservation. We will make all reasonable efforts to assist with your travel arrangements. However, it is strongly recommended that a traveling companion come along to help with any special needs of anyone with a disability. Allied tour directors have responsibilities for the entire group and can’t provide one-on-one care. This includes boarding motorcoaches, airplanes, cruise ships, etc., traversing hotels, restaurants, attractions, other personal needs, etc. Contact Allied if you have any questions.  

 

SINGLE TRAVELERS

Single travelers are guaranteed one seat on the motorcoach and may be seated next to another traveler if the tour is full.

 

INSPIRATION & FAITH

Due to tour schedules, we are unable to make any special provisions for worship services. Many tour directors share a “Thought for the Day,” verses of inspiration, or a short prayer to start the day.

 

Protecting Your Travel

Your trip investment is worth protecting to safeguard against unexpected events that can prevent you from traveling and being assessed significant cancellation fees. If you are interested in an optional protection plan, please contact Allied or your local travel advisor.  

 

BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE

Portage for one suitcase (per person) is included in the tour price. Due to limited motorcoach capacity, your single bag should have dimensions not exceeding 30” x 21” x 11” and weigh no more than 50 lbs. Small carry-on bags are allowed and are your responsibility. Most airlines assess a baggage fee. This fee is not included in the tour price and is paid for at airport check-in. *Baggage handling included at hotels where available.

 

CHANGES IN TOUR PRICE

Tour prices in this publication are effective as of October 1, 2023, and are subject to fluctuation due to the U.S. dollar exchange rates and energy rates. Our best effort has been made to publish this information as accurately as possible. The right is reserved to change tour rates as deemed necessary by current currency, fuel price fluctuations, taxes, typographical errors, or other reasons, etc. Due to the volatility of airfares and flight schedules, tours utilizing air transportation are subject to change both in price and routing. Submitting your deposit is an acknowledgment of your agreement to these terms.

 

CHANGES IN ITINERARY

The order of events and hotels scheduled on your tour are subject to change. Every effort will be made to preserve the original quality of attractions and hotels when circumstances necessitate a substitution.

 

TRAVELER RESPONSIBILITIES, TERMS & CONDITIONS

Allied Tours, Inc. (AT) acts only as an agent for suppliers. AT is not responsible for acts or omissions of the suppliers or their failure to provide services or adhere to their schedules & assumes no liability for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity, & can accept no liability for losses or personal injury or property damage, or additional expenses due to delay or changes in the bus or other services, sickness, weather, strikes, war, quarantine, terrorism, or other causes. All such losses or expenses will have to be borne by the passenger. The right is reserved to accept or withdraw any tour if circumstances require it. AT reserves the right to make any changes for the benefit of the tour and/or tour members, including canceling the tour if necessary. All rates are subject to change & are based on current tariffs available & current exchange rates as of October 1, 2023. AT or property owners are not liable for any loss/damage to vehicles parked at departure locations. All baggage is at the owner’s risk. The purchase of baggage & travel insurance covering cancellation, interruption, medical, baggage, etc., is recommended. The issuance and acceptance of tickets/vouchers or the payment of the required deposit or any partial or full payment for reservations on these trips shall be deemed to be consent to these conditions. No refund or unused portions of the tour can be made unless agreed to prior to the departure of the tour. The usual contract in use by the airlines and other transportation companies, when issued, shall constitute the sole contract between the purchaser of the tour and/or the passenger. The services of any ARC and/or IATAN carrier may be used on this program. AT has no special knowledge regarding the financial condition of the suppliers or unsafe conditions or climate of locations to which you may travel. You assume full responsibility for checking & verifying any & all passport, visa, vaccination, or other entry requirements of your destination(s) & all conditions regarding health, safety, security, political stability, and labor or civil unrest at such destination(s). Passengers hereby release AT from all claims arising out of any problem covered in these paragraphs & agree that the courts In Madison Co., NE will be the exclusive jurisdiction for all claims brought by you or AT. Travelers may be photographed for the promotional purposes of AT.
