FINAL DOCUMENTS
Travel documents will be sent approximately two weeks before departure, provided full payment has been received. The documents will include a detailed itinerary, departure times and locations, hotel lists, medical forms, luggage tags, and other helpful information.

Tour prices in this publication are effective as of October 1, 2022, and are subject to fluctuation due to the U.S. dollar exchange rates and energy rates. Our best effort has been made to publish this information as accurately as possible. The right is reserved to change tour rates as deemed necessary by current currency, fuel price fluctuations, taxes, typographical errors, or other reasons, etc. Due to the volatility of airfares and flight schedules, tours utilizing air transportation are subject to change both in price and routing. Submitting your deposit is an acknowledgment of your agreement to these terms.
CHANGES IN ITINERARY
The order of events and hotels scheduled on your tour are subject to change. Every effort will be made to preserve the original quality of attractions and hotels when circumstances necessitate a substitution.
BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE
Portage for one suitcase (per person) is included in the tour price. Due to limited motorcoach capacity, your single bag should have dimensions not exceeding 30 x 21 x 11 and weigh no more than 50 lbs. Small carry-on bags are allowed and are your responsibility. Most airlines assess a baggage fee. This fee is not included in the tour price and is paid for at airport check-in. *Baggage handling included at hotels where available
INSPIRATION & FAITH
Due to tour schedules, we are unable to make any special provisions for worship services. Many tour directors share a Thought for the Day, verses of inspiration, or a short prayer to start the day.
SPECIAL NEEDS
Travelers needing special assistance must notify Allied Tours at the time of booking. Persons requiring assistance must be accompanied by a companion who can help with these special needs as tour directors and drivers have obligations to the whole group. AT is not responsible for acts or omissions of the suppliers or their failure to provide services or adhere to their schedules & assumes no liability for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity, & can accept no liability for losses or personal injury or property damage, or additional expenses due to delay or changes in the bus or other services, sickness, weather, strikes, war, quarantine, terrorism, or other causes. All such losses or expenses will have to be borne by the passenger. The right is reserved to accept or withdraw any tour if circumstances require it. AT reserves the right to make any changes for the benefit of the tour and/or tour members, including canceling the tour if necessary. AT or property owners are not liable for any loss/damage to vehicles parked at departure locations. All baggage is at the owners risk. The purchase of baggage & travel insurance covering cancellation, interruption, medical, baggage, etc., is recommended.
