Transfer to the Omaha airport for your flight to New York City! We check In to the Sheraton Times Square right near Times Square and within walking distance to Rockefeller Center. Overnight New York City (4)

NEW YORK CITY TOUR / 9/11 MEMORIAL & MUSEUM
After breakfast a the hotel, explore NYC with a local guide. We'll see many sights such as Rockefeller Plaza, the Brooklyn Bridge, United Nations Building, Wall Street,, Central Park, ethnic neighborhoods & more. This afternoon enjoy time at the 9/11 Museum and Memorial for a self-guided tour. Enjoy a free evening.
Day 3
STATUE OF LIBERTY / ELLIS ISLAND /BROADWAY MUSICAL "WICKED"
Ferry to the Statue of Liberty & Ellis Island. Explore the museum of the statue to learn how It was made (subject to availability). Then visit the Ellis Island Museum, which tells the stories of Immigrants from around the world. Tonight, enjoy dinner In Times Square followed by the Broadway Production of Wicked".
Day 4
RADIO CITY MUSIC HALL/FREE TIME /YANKEES BASEBALL IN AUDI CLUB
Start the morning with walk to Radio City Music Hall where we enjoy an tour of the iconic NY Theater. If you'd like you can continue on with your tour director to visit the "Top of the Rock" at additional cost. OR, enjoy time on your own to explore as you wish-shop 5th Avenue, visit an art museum, take a carriage ride in Central Park. Your tour director will assist with options. This evening we are off to the ballpark to see the Kansas City Royals vs. the New York Yankees! Enjoy sitting in the air-conditioned Audi Club where we have a bountiful dinner buffet and will remain indoors In the club for the game.

Fly Home
It's been a fun time in NYC! We transfer to the airport for our return home.

DOMESTIC AIR TOURS
A government-issued photo I.D. (i.e., drivers license or passport) is required for all tours utilizing air transportation within the United States and selected motorcoach tours. Allied requests a copy of your license to confirm hassle-free flight travel.
Deposit: To confirm your reservation, a $400 per person deposit is required within 7 days after you make your reservation.

FINAL PAYMENT
Final payment is due 45-90 days prior to departure, or as stated on your deposit statement.

SMART PHONES
Some tours may require the use of a smartphone. It could be for digital tickets to a sporting event, an app used by a cruise line, or the app to cross the Canadian border. Check with the reservationist to see if a smartphone is required on your tour.
FINAL DOCUMENTS
Travel documents will be sent approximately two weeks before departure, provided full payment has been received. The documents will include a detailed itinerary, departure times and locations, hotel lists, medical forms, luggage tags, and other helpful information.
TOUR INCLUSIONS
Motorcoach transportation, airfare, cruises, and rail transportation as stated in the itinerary, hotel accommodations, all admissions and meals per itinerary, all taxes for included items, gratuities for step-on guides and wait staff (for included meals), luggage handling at hotels when available, and services of a professional tour director(see cruises and International tours for tour director minimums).
NOT INCLUDED ON TOURS
Not included on the motorcoach, cruises, rail, fly-in, and International tours are meals not listed in the itinerary, optional tours, travel insurance, room incidentals, alcoholic beverages, luggage fees assessed by airlines, items of personal nature, gratuities for tour director, driver, rail or cruise staff, required documentation for air tours, tours entering Canada/International travel, government fees, passport & VISA fees, airport departure taxes, any vaccination fees/requirements, and other miscellaneous fees.
TRAVELER CONDUCT & SPECIAL NEEDS
Tours are fun, but the enjoyment of the tour is based on everyone being friendly and cooperative. Allied Tour reserves the right to accept or decline any passenger on any tour if Allied Tour determines a passenger would be detrimental to the tour. Once a tour departs, any passenger disruptive to the group may be required to leave the tour. Expenses to return home would be the responsibility of the passenger. No refunds will be issued for unused portions of the tour.
Please notify us of any special needs at the time of reservation. We will make all reasonable efforts to assist with your travel arrangements. However, it is strongly recommended that a traveling companion come along to help with any special needs of anyone with a disability. Allied tour directors have responsibilities for the entire group and cant provide one-on-one care. This includes boarding motorcoaches, airplanes, cruise ships, etc., traversing hotels, restaurants, attractions, other personal needs, etc. Contact Allied if you have any questions.
SINGLE TRAVELERS
Single travelers are guaranteed one seat on the motorcoach and may be seated next to another traveler if the tour is full.

Due to tour schedules, we are unable to make any special provisions for worship services. Many tour directors share a Thought for the Day, verses of inspiration, or a short prayer to start the day.

BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE
Portage for one suitcase (per person) is included in the tour price. Due to limited motorcoach capacity, your single bag should have dimensions not exceeding 30 x 21 x 11 and weigh no more than 50 lbs. Small carry-on bags are allowed and are your responsibility. Most airlines assess a baggage fee. This fee is not included in the tour price and is paid for at airport check-in. *Baggage handling included at hotels where available.

AT is not responsible for acts or omissions of the suppliers or their failure to provide services or adhere to their schedules & assumes no liability for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity, & can accept no liability for losses or personal injury or property damage, or additional expenses due to delay or changes in the bus or other services, sickness, weather, strikes, war, quarantine, terrorism, or other causes. All such losses or expenses will have to be borne by the passenger. The right is reserved to accept or withdraw any tour if circumstances require it.
