GAME TICKETS & POLICy:
FOOTBALL TICKET POLICY:Football tickets are ordered from the University of Nebraska and are requested in the Nebraska section. In the event Nebraska does not fulfill our request, tickets are obtained from the home team or ticket agencies and could be located in any part of the stadium, including upper end zones. Tickets will be in pairs or possibly small groups of four, but the entire group will not be sitting in one block of seats. If you secure your own tickets a deduction of $100 will be made to your trip cost. Notification must be made to Allied Tour and Travel by July 1, 2021. Game ticket rates are subject to change until purchased. If rates were to increase to over what is included in the cost of the tour, a small surcharge may be assessed.
Should you want a ticket in the Nebraska section, let us know and we will check on availability. Approximate cost would be $100 additional.
Due to the Covid19 pandemic, should the game capacity policy be less than 100% at Michigan State, tickets may be unavailable and we would cancel the tour. Michigan State may have requirements to enter the stadium (as an example, masks, etc) and you will be responsible for meeting these requirements.
BASEBALL TICKET POLICY: Game ticket prices are subject to change until purchased by Allied. If rates were to increase over what has been budgeted in the cost of the tour, a small surcharge would be assessed. In the event of extra-inning games or game delays, we will stay as long as possible at the game. However, federal law requires motor coach drivers to have 9 hours off after a days work. This may require the motor coach to leave the game before its completion to fulfill this law. In this event, passengers can return to the hotel with the motor coach or stay at the game and take a taxi at your own expense to the hotel.
Due to the Covid19 pandemic, should the game capacity policy be less than 100% at the baseball game, tickets may be unavailable but we would still operate the tour. A different attraction would be provided or refund of the game ticket; Baseball stadiums may have requirements to enter the stadium (as an example, masks, etc) and you will be responsible for meeting these requirements.
Travel Insurance We recommend that you purchase travel insurance to protect your deposits from cancellation fees. Your trip investment is worth protecting and it's the best way to safeguard against unexpected events that can prevent you from traveling and being assessed significant cancellation fees. Contact Allied Tours for travel insurance information.
Final Documents Approximately two weeks prior to your departure date, you will receive your final documents. Departure times, a hotel list, detailed tour itinerary, medical form and luggage tags will be included.
Changes in Tour Price Tour prices in this publication are effective as of April 15, 2021 and are subject to fluctuation due to the U.S. dollar exchange rates and energy rates. Our best effort has been made to publish this information as accurately as possible. The right is reserved to change tour rates as deemed necessary by current currency, fuel price fluctuations, taxes, typographical errors, or other reasons, etc. Due to the volatility of airfares and flight schedules, tours utilizing air transportation are subject to change both in price and routing. Submitting your deposit is an acknowledgment of your agreement to these terms.
Changes in Itinerary The order of events and hotels scheduled in your tour are subject to change. Every effort will be made to preserve the original quality of attractions and hotels when circumstances necessitate a substitution.
Baggage Allowance Portage for one suitcase (per person) is included in the tour price. Due to limited motor coach capacity, your single bag should have dimensions not exceeding 30" x 21" x 11" and weigh no more than 50 lbs. Small carry-on bags are allowed and are your responsibility. Most airlines assess a baggage fee. This fee is not included in the tour price and is paid for at airport check-in.
Church and Faith We encourage you to attend the church of your choice while on tours if conditions allow. Unfortunately, we are unable to make any special provisions or transportation to attend church. Many tour directors share "Thoughts of the Day" verses of inspiration, or a short prayer to start the day.
