Our tour of this beautiful mansion will tell us about the Marland family, the industry that made the estate possible and the “oil boom-town” that rose from it all. A light catered lunch is included. OKLAHOMA CITY NATIONAL MEMORIAL
The Oklahoma City National Memorial & Museum is a moving experience and a testament to the resolve and fortitude of those who wanted to honor those who were killed, those who survived and those changed forever by the bombing in 1995. The museum shares the timeline of events of April 19, 1995, plus the aftermath and healing that began to take place. Next, it’s on to Waco! This evening savor Southern comfort food at Sascee’s Southern Eatery.

Now that you know the layout of the town, it’s your time to explore. Hop the local trolley and get shopping! Shop at Magnolia Market, The Finery, Spice Village, Wildland Supply Co., Sironia, Covet Apparel, and more! Choose from one of the many restaurants downtown for dinner with your friends.

Travel documents will be sent approximately two weeks before departure, provided full payment has been received. The documents will include a detailed itinerary, departure times and locations, hotel lists, medical forms, luggage tags, and other helpful information.
Motorcoach transportation, airfare, cruises, and rail transportation as stated in the itinerary, hotel accommodations, all admissions and meals per itinerary, all taxes for included items, gratuities for step-on guides and wait staff (for included meals), luggage handling at hotels when available, and services of a professional tour director(see cruises and International tours for tour director minimums).

Not included on the motorcoach, cruises, rail, fly-in, and International tours are meals not listed in the itinerary, optional tours, travel insurance, room incidentals, alcoholic beverages, luggage fees assessed by airlines, items of personal nature, gratuities for tour director, driver, rail or cruise staff, required documentation for air tours, tours entering Canada/International travel, government fees, passport & VISA fees, airport departure taxes, any vaccination fees/requirements, and other miscellaneous fees.
TRAVELER CONDUCT & SPECIAL NEEDS
Tours are fun, but the enjoyment of the tour is based on everyone being friendly and cooperative. Allied Tour reserves the right to accept or decline any passenger on any tour if Allied Tour determines a passenger would be detrimental to the tour. Once a tour departs, any passenger disruptive to the group may be required to leave the tour. Expenses to return home would be the responsibility of the passenger. No refunds will be issued for unused portions of the tour.
Please notify us of any special needs at the time of reservation. We will make all reasonable efforts to assist with your travel arrangements. However, it is strongly recommended that a traveling companion come along to help with any special needs of anyone with a disability. Allied tour directors have responsibilities for the entire group and cant provide one-on-one care. This includes boarding motorcoaches, airplanes, cruise ships, etc., traversing hotels, restaurants, attractions, other personal needs, etc. Contact Allied if you have any questions.
Single travelers are guaranteed one seat on the motorcoach and may be seated next to another traveler if the tour is full.
INSPIRATION & FAITH
Due to tour schedules, we are unable to make any special provisions for worship services. Many tour directors share a Thought for the Day, verses of inspiration, or a short prayer to start the day.
We recommend travel insurance to protect your payments from cancellation fees. Your trip investment is worth protecting, and travel insurance is the best way to safeguard against unexpected events that can prevent you from traveling and being assessed significant cancellation, interruption, medical, or other fees. CANCELLATION PROTECTION PLAN (CPP) - MOTORCOACH TOURS ONLY
Tour payments can be protected from cancellation charges for a nominal fee when traveling on one of our motorcoach tours. The CPP must be purchased prior to or at final payment. For complete plan information, please contact Allied or your local travel advisor.
Portage for one suitcase (per person) is included in the tour price. Due to limited motorcoach capacity, your single bag should have dimensions not exceeding 30 x 21 x 11 and weigh no more than 50 lbs. Small carry-on bags are allowed and are your responsibility. Most airlines assess a baggage fee. This fee is not included in the tour price and is paid for at airport check-in. *Baggage handling included at hotels where available.
