Day 1
Depart Omaha for flight to Hungary
Today you will be transferred from your "Allied" departure city to Omaha for your overnight flight to Budapest, Hungary.
Day 2
Budapest, Hungary
Welcome to Hungary! Upon arrival, you will be transfered to your luxury river cruise ship. The rest of the afternoon is free to explore! That night, enjoy a dinner with Hungarian folk dancing and a wonderful musical performance on the ship.
Day 3
Budapest
Enjoy exploring one of Europe's most lively cities. There will be a guided panormaic tour of the Hungarian Parliament Building, the Buda Castle and the Chain Bridge linking Buda and Pest. There will be free time where you will be able to wander through the Christmas market near Vaci Utca Street. Discover wonderful displays and Christmas items waiting for you to come explore. This is the day your cruise officially begins as you sail toward Bratislava.
Day 4
Bratislava, Slovakia
Arrive in Bratislava. This city is the capital of the Republic of Slovakia. Strole through the Old City and Town Hall and Slovak National Theater on a walking tour.This city also has many Christmas markets thoughout the city where you can get handcrafted holiday items.
Day 5
Vienna, Austria
Vienna, Austria is a city that is full of grand boulevards, ornate palaces, amazing architecture and history. Kunsthistorisches Museum, which is the largest art museum in the country, will be included in your tour. After the tour, there will be plenty of free time for everyone to explore the amazing Christmas Markets around the city.
Day 6
On the River
Day 6 you will be sailing through the beautiful Wachau Valley on your way to Krems. Once you arrive, you will be going on a guided tour of a Benedictine monastery. This Monastery sets above a vineyard and a forest covered hill, and offers breathtaking views over the Wachau Valley.
Day 7
Passau, Germany
Enjoy a relaxing morning as you cruise the Danube river. Once arriving in Passau, you will take a walking tour as you stroll along the cobblestone streets and the old town's narrow alleys. Make a stop at the Christkindlmarkt setting in front of St. Stephen's Cathedral where handmade gifts and tasty treats are sold.
Day 8
Regensburg
Mid-morning the ship with arrive in the wonderful Regensburg. On the guided walking tour see one of the oldest bridges crossing the Danube river and the architectural highlights which includes the Old Towl Hall. Try a mug of Gluhwein with some homemade gingerbread as you visit the famous Christmas Market at the Thurn & Taxis Palace grounds.
Day 9
Regensburg | Munich | USA
Say farewell to your fellow travelers as you disembark the Emerald Cruise ship. Head home with newly made memories of Europe at Christmas Time.

3. Send your deposit. The deposit is required within seven days of making your reservation. Please see additional information for deposit amounts. You will receive a confirmation of your deposit once your payment is received.

Exclusions: Mayflower Cruises & Tours reserves the right to alter its refund and cancellation policy when a substantial amount of cancellation or postponement of travel is attributable to conditions resulting from an act of God, natural or man-made disaster, fire, government action, civil disorder, war, hostilities between nations, or unabailability of transporatation through no faul of Mayflower Cruises & Tours.
TRAVEL PROTECTION PLAN (TPP): (Optional)
This nonrefndable fee waives all cancellation fees when we are notified of cancelltion one day before the tour departs. If you must leave the tour early due to personal illness, illness or death of a member of your immediate family, TPP guarantees full refund for any unused services after the departure of the tour. Other benefits include medical expenses for illness and injury, emergency transportation, 24 hour hot line, and loss or stolen baggage assistance. Return air transportation is included ONLY if your air tickets were provided by Mayflower Cruises & Tours. If you purchase the optional Travelers Protection Plan (TPP), you will be refunded all payments, including deposit amount, less the TPP premium amount.

DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED:
INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL --
A valid U.S. passport book that does not expire within six (6) months from the date of your return is required for most international tours. Some countries require more months of validity. Passport and VISA acquisition costs are the responsibility of the traveler. Countries may deny entry due to past criminal or misdemeanor offenses. With the arrival of ETIAS expected in 2024, certain countries may require an ETIAS waiver to travel to Europe. If this is a requirement for your tour, we will provide you with the enrollment information.
FINAL DOCUMENTS
Travel documents will be sent approximately two weeks before departure, provided full payment has been received. The documents will include a detailed itinerary, departure times and locations, hotel lists, medical forms, luggage tags, and other helpful information.
CHANGES IN TOUR PRICE
Tour prices in this publication are effective as of February 1, 2024, and are subject to fluctuation due to the U.S. dollar exchange rates and energy rates. Our best effort has been made to publish this information as accurately as possible. The right is reserved to change tour rates as deemed necessary by current currency, fuel price fluctuations, taxes, typographical errors, or other reasons, etc. Due to the volatility of airfares and flight schedules, tours utilizing air transportation are subject to change both in price and routing. Submitting your deposit is an acknowledgment of your agreement to these terms.
CHANGES IN ITINERARY
The order of events and hotels scheduled on your tour are subject to change. Every effort will be made to preserve the original quality of attractions and hotels when circumstances necessitate a substitution.
BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE
Portage at ship for one suitcase (per person) is included in the tour price. Due to limited motorcoach capacity, your single bag should have dimensions not exceeding 30 x 21 x 11 and weigh no more than 50 lbs. Small carry-on bags are allowed and are your responsibility. Most airlines assess a baggage fee. This fee is not included in the tour price and is paid for at airport check-in. *Baggage handling included at hotels where available
INSPIRATION & FAITH
Due to tour schedules, we are unable to make any special provisions for worship services. Many tour directors share a Thought for the Day, verses of inspiration, or a short prayer to start the day.
TRAVELER CONDUCT & SPECIAL NEEDS
Tours are fun, but the enjoyment of the tour is based on everyone being friendly and cooperative. Allied Tour reserves the right to accept or decline any passenger on any tour if Allied Tour determines a passenger would be detrimental to the tour. Once a tour departs, any passenger disruptive to the group may be required to leave the tour. Expenses to return home would be the responsibility of the passenger. No refunds will be issued for unused portions of the tour.
Please notify us of any special needs at the time of reservation. We will make all reasonable efforts to assist with your travel arrangements. However, it is strongly recommended that a traveling companion come along to help with any special needs of anyone with a disability. Allied tour directors have responsibilities for the entire group and cant provide one-on-one care. This includes boarding motorcoaches, airplanes, cruise ships, etc., traversing hotels, restaurants, attractions, other personal needs, etc. Contact Allied if you have any questions.
TRAVELER RESPONSIBILITIES, TERMS & CONDITIONS
Allied Tours, Inc. (AT) acts only as an agent for suppliers. AT is not responsible for acts or omissions of the suppliers or their failure to provide services or adhere to their schedules & assumes no liability for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity, & can accept no liability for losses or personal injury or property damage, or additional expenses due to delay or changes in the bus or other services, sickness, weather, strikes, war, quarantine, terrorism, or other causes. All such losses or expenses will have to be borne by the passenger. The right is reserved to accept or withdraw any tour if circumstances require it. AT reserves the right to make any changes for the benefit of the tour and/or tour members, including canceling the tour if necessary. All rates are subject to change & are based on current tariffs available & current exchange rates as of March 1, 2024. AT or property owners are not liable for any loss/damage to vehicles parked at departure locations. All baggage is at the owners risk. The purchase of baggage & travel insurance covering cancellation, interruption, medical, baggage, etc., is recommended. The issuance and acceptance of tickets/vouchers or the payment of the required deposit or any partial or full payment for reservations on these trips shall be deemed to be consent to these conditions. No refund or unused portions of the tour can be made unless agreed to prior to the departure of the tour. The usual contract in use by the airlines and other transportation companies, when issued, shall constitute the sole contract between the purchaser of the tour and/or the passenger. The services of any ARC and/or IATAN carrier may be used on this program. AT has no special knowledge regarding the financial condition of the suppliers or unsafe conditions or climate of locations to which you may travel. You assume full responsibility for checking & verifying any & all passport, visa, vaccination, or other entry requirements of your destination(s) & all conditions regarding health, safety, security, political stability, and labor or civil unrest at such destination(s). Passengers hereby release AT from all claims arising out of any problem covered in these paragraphs & agree that the courts In Madison Co., NE will be the exclusive jurisdiction for all claims brought by you or AT. Travelers may be photographed for the promotional purposes of AT.
