Today we travel towards the southwestern portion of the United States to see beautiful vistas, overlooks and mountains.

We journey through Colorado’s Rocky Mountains today. Colorado National Monument preserves one of the grand landscapes of the American West. Rim Rock drive shows us views of red rock canyon panorama and spires.

Day 3


Among the red rock canyons, spires and balancing rocks around Moab lays Arches National Park, which contains the largest number of natural stone arches in the country. A knowledgeable guide will enlighten you about their formation as we drive through the park. Our guide will also join you for a drive to Canyonlands National Park and Dead Horse Point. UnWine’d and Dine Boat Cruise this evening with entertainment on a lazy river cruise. Morning option: Depart at sunrise for a guided Moab Hummer Safari - Hell's Revenge Trail. Venture to the top of seldom-seen, awe-inspiring overlooks. View ancient Indian ruins and writings. Return in time to join the day’s activities with a new feeling of freedom and unforgettable memories.

En route to Bryce Canyon, drive through Capitol Reef National Park. A sunset tour of Bryce Canyon National Park enhances the vivid colors and stunning rock formations of the canyon.

The incredible scenery continues at Zion National Park on a tram tour of the park. .

Explore Lake Powell with a cruise through scenic Antelope Canyon Travel further south to the Grand Canyon - one of the "seven wonders of the world". Your view goes on forever as you look at the depths and expanses of the canyon.

Travel through Navajo Country today as you head to Four Corners - the only place in the U.S. that four states converge at one point: Arizona, New Mexico, Colorado and Utah.

Behold the spectacular mountain scenery of the San Juan National Forest between Durango and Silverton aboard the Silverton/Durango train. The Million Dollar Highway takes us to the "Switzerland of America," Ouray, CO.

More wondrous scenery unfolds at the Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Monument. From the Royal Gorge Bridge, we'll gaze at the river meandering through the canyon far below.

You have two options to choose from today. #1 Travel to the 14,100 foot summit of Pikes Peak on the newly totally rebuilt Pikes Peak Cog Railway OR #2 Visit Manitou Cliff Dwellings and learn about the cliff dwelling homes of the Anasazi people. Lunch will be hosted by the Trading Post in the Garden of the Gods.

Not Included are meals not listed in the itinerary, optional tours, optional travel insurance, room incidentals, alcoholic beverages, items of personal nature, gratuities for tour director or driver, possible fuel surcharges.


Final Documents:  Approximately two weeks prior to your departure date, you will receive your final documents. Departure times, a hotel list, detailed tour itinerary, medical form and luggage tags will be included.  


Changes in Tour Price: Tour prices in this publication are effective as of April 15, 2018 and subject to fluctuation due to the U.S dollar exchange rates and energy rates. Our best effort has been made to publish this information as accurately as possible. The right is reserved to change tour rates as deemed necessary by current currency and fuel price conditions. Due to the volatility of airfares and flight schedules, tour utilizing air transportation are subject to change both in price and routing. 


Changes in Itinerary: The order of events and hotels scheduled in your tour are subject to change. Every effort will be made to preserve the original quality of attractions and hotels when circumstances necessitate a substitution.


Baggage Allowance: Portage for one suitcase (per person) is included in the tour price. Due to limited motor coach capacity, your single bag should have dimensions not exceeding 30" x 21" x 11" and weigh no more than 50 lbs. Small carry-on bags are allowed and are your responsibility.


Church and Faith: We encourage you to attend the church of your choice while on tours if conditions allow. Unfortunately, we are unable to make any special provisions or transportation to attend church. Many tour directors share "Thoughts of the Day" verses of inspiration, or a short prayer to start the day.


Special Needs: Travelers needing special assistance must notify Allied Tours at the time of booking. Persons requiring assistance must be accompanied by a companion who can help with these special needs as tour directors and drivers have obligations to the whole group. See your current tour book for details of customer responsibility.
