Cancún, Mexico is one of the world's leading tourist destinations. Its extraordinary beaches, with white sands and crystalline waters, are the main attraction. Around it, there are also incredible natural spaces and spectacular Mayan Ruins that will amaze you. During your visit, you can go on optional excursions with your Allied tour director and discover the impressive pyramids of Kukulkán in Chichen Itza, visit Museo Subacuático de Arte, an underwater art museum, and one more excursion to be named. You may go on other optional excursions to the turtle conservation center, Tulum Mayan Ruins, and Holbox Island, among many other spectacular locations.
The Hotel Riu Palace Las Americas is located on the beach of Punta Cancún, and offers the best allinclusives so that your vacation is memorable. There are 3 pools, one of which has a swim-up bar and a hydro-massage area. In addition, you can enjoy entertainment programs, play sports, go sailing on a catamaran, kayaking or scuba diving, or simply relax on the beach. The culinary offerings are exceptionally varied. At its restaurants, you can savor exquisite fusion, Italian, Mexican and Japanese cuisine, as well as the best steakhouse, and American menus. If you wish, you can dine on the beach.

Travel Insurance: We recommend that you purchase travel insurance to protect your deposits from cancellation fees. Final Documents: Approximately two weeks prior to your departure date, you will receive your final documents. Departure times, a hotel list, detailed tour itinerary, medical form and luggage tags will be included. A list of shore excursions will be made available online, or will be mailed out approximately 45 days prior to departure.
Changes in Tour Price: Tour prices in this publication are effective as of April 15, 2019 and subject to fluctuation due to the U.S dollar exchange rates and energy rates. Our best effort has been made to publish this information as accurately as possible. The right is reserved to change tour rates as deemed necessary by current currency and fuel price conditions. Due to the volatility of airfares and flight schedules, tour utilizing air transportation are subject to change both in price and routing.
Changes in Itinerary: The order of events and hotels scheduled in your tour are subject to change. Every effort will be made to preserve the original quality of attractions and hotels when circumstances necessitate a substitution.
Baggage Allowance: Portage for one suitcase (per person) is included in the tour price. Due to limited motor coach capacity, your single bag should have dimensions not exceeding 30" x 21" x 11" and weigh no more than 50 lbs. Small carry-on bags are allowed and are your responsibility. Most airlines assess a baggage fee. This fee is not included in the tour price and is paid for at airport check-in.
Church and Faith: We encourage you to attend the church of your choice while on tours if conditions allow. Unfortunately, we are unable to make any special provisions or transportation to attend church. Many tour directors share "Thoughts of the Day" verses of inspiration, or a short prayer to start the day.
Special Needs: Travelers needing special assistance must notify Allied Tours at the time of booking. Persons requiring assistance must be accompanied by a companion who can help with these special needs as tour directors and drivers have obligations to the whole group. See your current tour book for details of customer responsibility.

You assume full responsibility for checking and verifying any and all passport, visa, vaccination, or other entry requirements of your destination(s), and all conditions regarding health, safety, security, political stability, and labor or civil unrest at such destination(s).
