Hurricane Mills, TN is the home to the "coal miner's daughter". We will visit Loretta Lynn's Ranch, tour her plantation home, see a replica of the mine her daddy worked in, and visit her museum. This evening enjoy the music of the Grand Ole Opry!

Dollywood/Pigeon Forge/ Smoky Mountain Opry
We arrive in Pigeon Forge, TN where we overnight for the next two nights. Dollywood - the "Entertainment Capital of the Smokies" - will be our first destination. See spectacular shows from contemporary country to 50's rock 'n roll fill the stages, and master craftsmen demonstrate glassblowing, blacksmithing, wagon making and more. Plus there are plenty of shops and eateries to choose from. October at Dollywood is extra special as they feature their Harvest Celebration and Gospel Jubilee! Tonight's Smoky Mountain Opry is the award-winning family comedy variety show in the Smoky Mountains.

This morning we are treated to a Pigeon Forge & Countryside tour with a surprise. We venture towards Gatlinburg this afternoon to visit the Christ in the Smokies Museum and Gardens. Return to Pigeon Forge this evening for Pigeon Forge's newest show - the Hatfield and McCoy Dinner Show. You will be plum tickled with the action, excitement and comedy of this shindig.
Great Smoky Mountain National Park/Blue Ridge Parkway
Today we venture into the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. Sugarlands Visitor Center tells you all about this beautiful park. Enjoy a break near Cherokee before we continue on the southern route of the Blue Ridge Parkway.

The Biltmore House and Gardens in Asheville welcomes us this morning. This is the largest private home in America. You'll have time to tour the home, stroll through the gardens and visit the gift shop. We depart for Charlotte for an inspirational visit to the Billy Graham Library. Learn what can happen through a life yielded to God as state-of-the-art exhibits, multimedia displays and films share about the life of a humble preacher.

Our journey continues today to Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Through a self-guided tour of Old Salem we will gain insight into the life in Salem during the 18th and 19th centuries. Enjoy lunch at the historical Old Salem Tavern.

Special Needs Travelers needing special assistance must notify Allied Tours at the time of booking. Baggage Allowance Portage for one suitcase (per person) is included in the tour price. Due to limited motor coach capacity, your single bag should have dimensions not exceeding 30" x 21" x 11" and weigh no more than 50 lbs. Small carry-on bags are allowed and are your responsibility. Most airlines assess a baggage fee. This fee is not included in the tour price and is paid for at airport check-in.
Church and Faith We encourage you to attend the church of your choice while on tours if conditions allow. Unfortunately, we are unable to make any special provisions or transportation to attend church. Many tour directors share "Thoughts of the Day" verses of inspiration, or a short prayer to start the day.
